With this project in Salzgitter we were in for a challenge: and with success! Two months prior to the start of this project we got the request to install a total of 1000 pcs of sheet piles with a total installment time of 5 days. Within InfraRentals we stand for flexibility and we directly started to think in the opportunities we have to offer with our big rental fleet.
Eventually we chose to use 3 ABI Mobilram Systems; two times the TM 14/17 V and one time the TM 14/17 VSL. Together with vibratory hammers and rotary rigs to predrill, this has been the perfect match for the project. We collaborated with a total of 6 operators to use the machines for the installation in two shifts of 12 hours each per day: creating a 24/7 installation time.
We achieved the required installation time of 5 days with ease and finished the project within slightly more than 3 days.
