The goal of this project in Hamburg was to create a robust and durable foundation solution. To achieve this, we first supplied a total of 1.779 tons of steel pipes. These were delivered in various lengths, ranging from 17,25 m to 34,50 m, and in steel grade S420MH.
To meet the project-specific requirements of the client, the pipes were equipped with weldable interlocks, one-meter-high steel crosses, and steel rings. These additions ensured that the system fully complied with the technical specifications of the project.
InfraRentals also provided the PVE 110M vibratory hammer from its own rental fleet, powered by a 1000PP power pack and fitted with a 2x150TC double clamp system. This equipment unit proved to be an ideal match for the job site operated by Depenbrock Bau.
The installation of the two connection sheets was carried out from the water side using a pontoon and an LR 1200 crawler crane as the carrier machine for the 110M. The two connection sheets, each weighing around 22 tons and consisting of two HEB-1000
